When it is due
LLCs: Last day of anniversary month.
Corporations: 15th day of month before anniversary month.
What it costs
LLC fee: $50 (Annual Registration Fee). Corp: $100 (Corp Annual Report + Registration Fee).
Late fee: $25 late fee.
If you miss the deadline
Virginia applies the late fee. After 3 months past LLC Annual Registration deadline; Corps after 4 months, the state administratively dissolves the entity.
