This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for California residents and provides additional disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

03Sale & sharing of personal information
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
We do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is defined in the CCPA/CPRA.
We respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of sale/sharing.
04Your California rights
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share, and from whom.
- Right to delete personal information we have collected (subject to exceptions including legal obligations and active customer relationships).
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share for behavioral advertising).
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Services.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
- Right to access information about automated decision-making and profiling (when CPRA regulations on this take effect).
To exercise these rights, email privacy@file.business or visit Settings → Privacy in your account. We respond within 45 days; complex requests may be extended by up to 45 additional days with notice.
You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf, subject to verification of authority.
05Retention
Retention periods are described in Section 5 of the Privacy Policy. We retain personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes described, or as required by law.
