Every Nevada LLC, Corporation, and Limited Partnership in active status. Foreign-qualified entities also file.
When it is due
LLCs: Last day of anniversary month (Annual List of Members/Managers + State Business License).
Corporations: Last day of anniversary month (Annual List of Officers/Directors + State Business License).
What it costs
LLC fee: $150 (Annual List) + $200 (State Business License) = $350 total. Corp: $150 (Annual List) + $500 (State Business License) = $650 total.
Late fee: $75 late penalty on Annual List + $100 on State Business License.
If you miss the deadline
Nevada applies the late fee. After the first day of the second anniversary month past due, the state administratively dissolves the entity.
