What's the difference vs Domestic Starter?
Starter is $199 = formation + EIN + RA only. Complete adds operating agreement + S-Corp election + Pro subscription (year 1) + AR autofile.
What state fees should I expect?
Delaware $90, California $70, Texas $300, Florida $125. Every state varies. We quote exact total before charging.
Can I pick C-corp or S-corp?
C-corp by default for corporations. S-Corp election (Form 2553) included if requested during intake: better for tax-efficient small business operators.
Does the bundle include a name reservation?
We check name availability before filing. If you want a separate reservation (some states allow ~120 days), we can add it for the state fee.
What about foreign qualification?
Foreign qual to additional states is $99/state + state fee. Many founders form in DE and FQ into their operating state(s).
When does year-1 Pro start?
From the date your entity is filed with the state. AR autofile is scheduled relative to your state's deadline (12 months from formation in most states).
Can I upgrade to International Founder bundle later?
Domestic Complete is for US founders. If you're non-US, choose International Founder ($1,499) at the start: adds ITIN, virtual mailbox, bank intro.
Refund policy?
7-day refund window on the bundle (excluding state fees, which are non-refundable once submitted).
