Is a bundle a subscription?
No. Bundles are one-time formation purchases. They include the first year of a relevant subscription where noted (Complete + International include Pro for year one), but the bundle itself is not recurring.
What is the difference between Domestic Starter and Domestic Complete?
Starter is formation + EIN + RA. Complete adds Operating Agreement + S-Corp election + Pro subscription for year one + AR autofile.
I am a non-US founder. Which bundle should I pick?
International Founder. It includes the SS-4 fax route for EIN (no SSN required), ITIN application via CAA, virtual mailbox, and US bank intro: everything you need to operate a US entity from abroad.
What state fees should I expect?
Delaware $90, California $70, Texas $300, Florida $125, etc. Every state varies. We quote exact state fee before charging your card.
Can I upgrade between bundles later?
Yes. Bundle pricing is for the initial purchase. Upgrade anytime to add features. We credit your prior purchase toward the upgrade.
What is International Holding for?
Multi-jurisdiction parent + subsidiary structuring. Common: a Cayman parent owning a Delaware C-corp, or a Singapore Pte Ltd parent owning a Delaware LLC. We coordinate US + home-country counsel.
Does International Founder cover taxes?
We set up the entity structure and file the formation paperwork. Ongoing US tax filings (Form 5472, 1120, etc.) are handled in year one via your included Pro subscription, then continue under Pro or Enterprise.
Are state fees included?
No, state fees are billed separately because they vary by state. We quote exact total before processing.
What about LLC vs C-Corp vs S-Corp?
