When it is due
LLCs: February 15.
Corporations: May 15.
What it costs
LLC fee: $25. Corp: $25 + franchise tax (Corporate Income Tax filing required separately).
Late fee: $10 late fee per year delinquent.
If you miss the deadline
Michigan applies the late fee. After 2 years of missed annual reports, the state administratively dissolves the entity.
