How do I update my payment method?
Settings → Billing → Payment method. We accept all major cards and US bank ACH.
From your dashboard, go to Settings → Billing → Payment method. Add a new card, then mark it as primary. The old card stays on file as a backup unless you remove it.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, plus US bank ACH for annual plans. International cards work for billing in USD; we do not charge currency conversion fees.
If a charge fails, we retry 3 times over 7 days and email you before any service interruption. Compliance filings already in flight are not cancelled by a billing issue.
Tax invoices: all invoices include a downloadable PDF for your records. We do not issue separate W-9s by default; if you need one, request via the dashboard.
