LLCs: September 30 (under Act 122 of 2022 . first annual reports due 2025).
Corporations: June 30 (under Act 122 of 2022 . first annual reports due 2025).
What it costs
LLC fee: $7 (annual report). Corp: $7 for-profit / $0 nonprofit.
Late fee: Loss of good standing; transitional grace period through 2027.
If you miss the deadline
Pennsylvania applies the late fee. After failure to file 3 consecutive annual reports (full enforcement begins 2027), the state administratively dissolves the entity.
