LLCs: No annual report required for domestic LLCs.
Corporations: 15th day of 3rd month after fiscal year-end (Biennial Report).
What it costs
LLC fee: $0 (NM LLCs do not file annual reports . unique feature). Corp: $25 (Biennial Report) + $10 supplemental fee.
Late fee: Not applicable . no annual report required for LLCs.
If you miss the deadline
New Mexico applies the late fee. For Corps: 90 days past Biennial Report due date. LLCs only dissolved for tax or RA issues., the state administratively dissolves the entity.
