LLC fee: $10 (Biennial Report). Corp: $26 (Biennial Report) + $0.20 per $1,000 of paid-up capital.
Late fee: $10 late fee + interest.
If you miss the deadline
Nebraska applies the late fee. After 6 months past Biennial Report deadline, the state administratively dissolves the entity.
