LLCs: April 1 (Biennial Report . every two years).
Corporations: April 1 (Biennial Report . every two years).

LLC fee: $300 (Biennial). Corp: $300 (Biennial).
Late fee: $100 late fee + revocation risk.
If you miss the deadline
District of Columbia applies the late fee. After 1 year past Biennial Report deadline, the state administratively dissolves the entity.
