When is my annual report due?
Each state has its own deadline. Your dashboard shows yours; we file 30 days before the due date.
Annual report deadlines vary by state and entity type:
- Delaware LLC: June 1 each year, $300 franchise tax
- Delaware C-Corp: March 1 each year, franchise tax varies
- California: Within 90 days of formation, then every 2 years (Statement of Information)
- Wyoming: 1st day of the anniversary month, $60+ depending on assets
- Texas LLC: No annual report required; franchise tax due May 15
- Florida: May 1, $138.75
- New York: Every 2 years, $9
Your dashboard shows the current deadline for every entity you have. If you are on a Pro or higher plan, we auto-file the report 30 days before the deadline after you approve the draft.
If you miss the deadline, most states impose a late penalty ($50-$400) and eventually administratively dissolve the entity. Our penalty-free guarantee covers state penalties caused by our missed filing.
